簡易交易流程說明

購物流程說明 Step1. 請選擇要購買的商品並按下ADD TO CART,並可加入您的購物車。
Step2. 請註冊/登入會員(麻煩請於欄內輸入姓名、地址及付款方式等資料。
Step3. 顯示最後確認時,請確認輸入個人資料之內容是否有誤,確認後請按送信即可完成訂購手續。
Step4. 完成訂購手續後,在48小時內將會收到訂購之商品的預計寄送日之確認信,即可完成購買。

關於刊登商品 刊登在網站之商品照片僅為參考。
依各台電腦不同的因素,無法避免產生照片與實品的色差問題,顏色為實品為準,敬請見諒。

關於運送方式 / 寄送時間注意事項 寄送日:在確認有庫存且完成購買程序後,商品將於您付款完成後的7個工作天內送達您指定的地址。本公司將以最快速度寄出您的商品。(如遇國定假日將順延寄送)

※一般商品之寄送日約7個工作天內可送達,如您選購的商品為台灣無現貨,須從日本訂購時(日本預購)商品寄送日將會延長為約30個工作天內送達。敬請見諒

付款方式

線上刷卡 1: 付款方選擇信用卡方式支付,填入「信用卡卡號」、「卡片有效月年」、「卡片背面末三碼」、「付款通知信箱」確認交易明細後進行付款,系統將送出至銀行進行授權。
2: 即時付款,完成交易。(採用台灣支付金流服務)

ATM轉帳 1: 付款方選擇欲使用之ATM銀行轉帳。
2: 付款方持銀行代碼及帳號至全台ATM自動櫃員機或網路銀行進行轉帳。
3: 即時轉帳,完成交易。(採用台灣支付金流服務)

退換貨及維修

退換貨

根據消費者保護法之規定,本公司將提供您享有商品到貨七天猶豫期隨時解約退貨之權益,但提醒您注意,商品退貨時必須為全新狀態且完整包裝 ( 包含商品、附件、內外包裝、隨機文件、贈品等)。原廠外盒損毀或是商品缺件,將無法受理退貨。(到貨七天期限內申請,逾期未辦理將無法銷退。)此外,消耗性商品 ( 如防水噴霧、皮革保養油等) 以及商品銷售網頁上特別載明之商品,因商品屬性特殊,或有保存期限問題等,故無法退貨,請您見諒。


如新品瑕疵/商品錯:誤若商品為新品瑕疵之情形與商品錯誤時,煩請將商品在一週內寄回本公司,本公司將接受退換貨服務。如回收件姓名與地址有任何更改,請務必迅速通知本公司做資料變更

如同樣商品無庫存缺貨時, 需待數日商品再次進貨或選換其他商品。

維修售後服務 在此購買之MSPC商品(消耗性商品除外)自購買日起一年內,將可享有免費日本原廠維修服務。(視情況有時需額外收費用) 依系統出貨記錄加7日為購買日。

本公司所有商品皆經嚴格的品質管理之下生產,若在一般正常使用狀況下如有故障,本公司將負責維修。惟下列情況不適用保證範圍,維修費須顧客全額負擔,敬請見諒。

1. 無法查詢消費記錄時。

2. 因誤用,改造或其他不當使用方式所引起之故障。
3. 因火災等所有災害所引起的損壞。

※ 總公司與MSPC PRODUCT直營店皆有接受維修品服務。(寄送維修品之運費全額將由顧客負擔)
※ 維修工作天數暨費用將於商品至MSPC總公司後1週內通知報價。

關於日本商品 如有意購買MSPC RODUCT日本官方網站內之商品(台灣官方網站無刊登之商品)時,本公司將為您做訂貨服務。

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

1. Payment Pay by credit card. (We currently accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, JCB Card, and all orders charged with New Taiwan Dollar. To the currency exchange rate service fees, and all other additional expense the bank issuing would charge to customers).

2. Delivery and Freight We use International Express Mail Service (EMS), depends on your location. The system will calculate the shipping costs automatically according to the total weight of the order.

3. Delivery Area We delivery to all the countries that EMS express offered.

4. Shipping days Please allow up to 3-7 days to process your order. (not including weekends or holidays). Once the order has been confirmed without following situation, such as: out of stock, defected product, then the order will be shipped with a tracking number, and informed you by email. Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process, which are outside of our control.

5. International duties and taxes Orders shipped outside of the Taiwan may be subject to duties or VAT. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.

6. International returns ※ All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Simply contact our Customer Care team online@master-piece.com.tw to request a return authorization within 7 days of the order's delivery date.
※ The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of plain-me. Footwear must also be accompanied by the original shoe box in its original condition.
※ Original shipping fees are not refundable.
A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned.
We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the plain-me warehouse.
Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
※ To exchange the product, the customer has to cover the return shipping fee, and plain-me would afford the shipping of exchanging. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a return authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of plain-me.
※ All returned merchandise should be declared as a "Return of Taiwanese Merchandise" on the customs declaration; without this the return may not be successful or may incur additional fees.

7. Other In case of disputes, MSPC reserves the right to make the final decision and explain the regulations.
